More and more people are working with a coach to guide them through their family transformation and yours can be one of those families too.
BECOMING A NINJA PARENT!
Do you sometimes feel all alone in your parenting?
You are not alone. I am here.
Also, this world is full of parents who are experiencing what you feel right now.
You probably have spent a lot of time reading about parenting and tried to piece together all the information like I did. But it will not work. And it will not work because there will always be something missing.
Parenting books and parenting coaches use old beliefs that don't make a different in the long run.
With the Happy Families Academy you´ll learn how you can to connect to your own heart and to your child´s heart at the same time. This is the reason why my logo has two hearts.
Stress affects the reactions and behavior of the whole family.
That´s why when you snap you forget all the communication tools you know.
We tend to react when our minds are under stress: overwhelmed, in a hurry, or disappointed. Or our bodies are under stress: hungry, tired, or sleepy.
The Mindful Parenting program I use is based on the famous Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction program (MBSR) founded by MIT scientist Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachussetts Medical School.
It has been tested with families in clinical settings with 100% success.
Mindfulness Parenting brings together cutting edge neuroscience so you can finally understand why you and your children react the way that you do.
Mindful Parenting includes evidence based parts therapy (IFS). You´ll learn about what subpersonalities you have and get to know them and how they are stopping you from being the true family LEADER that you are.
No matter how big or small, we’ve all experienced some kind of trauma as children. This means we need to reparent our inner child by our adult SELF to give her what she did not receive as a child.
Mindful Parenting also includes schemas.
Schemas may create a filter through which we perceive the world and are considered to be early maladaptive coping mechanisms.
They are patterns that develop as a result of needs not being met in childhood that can continue to affect us into adulthood and cause relational issues, including parenting issues.
The techniques I learned at Yale University are the latest behavioral science-based techniques to reinforce desirable behaviors and eliminate unwanted ones. Just like there are specific techniques to train a new puppy!
This is action-based and highly focused and you´ll leave with a tool box full of easy tools to help you as a Ninja Parent.
I´m here for you. As your coach, I want to offer all my unconditional love today to your beautiful heart.
